What parts does the clutch kit include? KC Car Bay, 1151 Merriam Lane, gives an estimate as follows: Clutch Kit-$250; 3 qts trans.fluid-$10; Labor-$250. Please advise.

My labor guide shows labor to replace the clutch assembly is 3.6 hours (additional labor to remove flywheel if it needs to be machined). Parts sound high for the clutch kit.
