On front wheel drive cars a clicking sound that increases with tightness of a turn and speed is usually a sign of a worn CV joint but your car is rear wheel drive so this is not applicable. Check to see that you have not picked up a small stone that has stuck in the thread of the tire. Also check to see that the black plastic fender liner has not become detached and is now fouling the wheel. Get a friend to turn the wheel from side to side and see if the wheels foul anything.
