Check For Fluid Leaks

(1999 Honda Civic)
Based on the inspection from dealer, when they check for fluid leaks, found dist o ring leaking, valve cover gasket appears to be seeping fluid, possible oil pan gasket leak. Can anyone give some advise for Do It Yourself Repair this problem?

The valve cover and the distributor o-ring are fairly easy to replace. I always put a dab of Hondabond on the corners of the valve cover gasket for insurance against leaking. The oil pan is not to bad to do, you remove the exhaust and support brackets surrounding the oil pan and it should come off with a little prying. I use a bit of Hondabond on the ends also to prevent leaking.
