Check engine oil level warning message in Honda civic

I did oil change a week back in a Honda dealer. But one week later it is displaying a warning message "check engine oil level". when I checked it is 100%. And i went to dealer to show up, even they don't know what it is no oil leakage, no need oil change. And they took my vehicle in observation. What might be the solution?
