check engine light code 133 and no other codes

What is your question?

replaced front o2 sensor (CODE WAS FOR A LAZY O2 SENSOR) .Code came back 1 week later.Car has 200k on it and runs fine. Checked for vacuum leaks, none found any help appreciated thanks
