Hello, You will need a diagnostic scan, but the likely culprit will be the EVAP purge valve is leaking internally. A diagnostic scan will tell most of the story, and the technician will understand the issue after a few minutes of testing. If it is an EVAP purge valve failure, the part is inexpensive, and the labor and diagnostics shouldn't be bad either.
