What is your question?
My check engine light keeps coming on right when I start the car and its always in the morning. I took my car to my mechanic and they look at my car and replaced the canister purge valve twice now. I know parts that every mechanic uses to replace broken ones can be defective with out them knowing it. But two in a row. Is it something else or just bad luck on the parts?
What else could it be a corrupted code bad sensor
Small leak in the evap system, best thing to do is a smoke test the system to check for leaks. I don't know if your mechanic did or not but it wouldn't be a bad idea to ask. Could be gas cap, hoses, purge valve, vent valve. I would be guessing from here need hands on. You can check the old valve if you have them, pretty easy to check.
When they did the car diagnostic they said was the purge valve. They replaced it again after the second car diagnostic and the next two morning I started the car and the light came when it wasn't on when I turned it off
