Replaced the alternator and checked the battery. Charging system light still comes on. All the warning lights on dash come on, complete loss of power, overnight it sits, and the next morning it runs fine for a day or two and the charging light comes back on
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Check the wiring connector at the alternator. Is it perfect and not damaged or burned in any way? The replacement alternator may not be charging also. Have you tested it with a meter to see the output in voltage and amperage? The charging system warning light comes on almost always due to the alternator or wiring failing.
