By the time you try to swap and transfer parts you still have different fuel injection computers and wiring harnesses and probably have to go to the Dept. of Motor vehicles to get it certified. It makes more sense to sell you unmodified truck and get an automatic. Both the automatic and manual transmissions are both reliable. Service costs for both are about the same as Toyota use WS automatic transmission fluid which is a long life fluid.
