Changing the headlight?

Its very difficult, you have to remove part of the grill. I changed one and since then I have had to have the headlamp changed 3 more times. I take it in and have it done, they hate to see me coming because its even difficult for the mechanics. The first time I asked them to change it, I had to show them what had to be done!
