Changed thermostat and water pump still same issue.

Hello, if you've changed the thermostat and water pump, please ensure all air has been purged from the cooling system. This is very possibly what is causing at least an immediate problem. Otherwise, if you have coolant flow, good air flow with no debris around the radiator and a normally functioning engine, I can't see a good reason to overheat while driving.
