Change parking/driving light

What is your question?

How do I change access the parking lights. I tried removing the back of the primary light which gave you access to the main headlight bulb only. The light is located in the upper part of the headlight fixture. I found only one screw/bolt that appeared to be affixed to the headlight assembly.

If you can't get to the signal bulb from under the hood, you probably have to take out the headlight assembly, the one bolt is probably holding the assembly in place. If you have the owner's manual, it should outline the procedure for you.
