CD Player issue

Not much to be done if you cannot get the unit to work; you'll need to - -see a local repair shop to have it removed and sent to repair -see a dealer near you to have it removed and sent for repair -remove it on your own, search the web for a repair shop resource -replace the unit with an aftermarket replacement radio. Not much more to cover than that, I'm afraid. Good luck.

There are several places that specialize in original stereo equipment repair, a great place up in Sacramento/Rancho Cordovo area can't think of there name but I have had them repair several Lexus stereos for me. perhaps Google " Lexus Original Equipment stereo repair".
