What is your question?
Have a 2003 Ford thunderbird that overheats usually. Can drive for a few days, and will not overheat, and then all of a sudden starts overheating every time I drive to store a few miles away. What could be the problem? Have been told theirs air in the system.

You could have an air pocket, but only if parts were replaced that would create an air pocket. How is the cooling fan operation? This may have an electric auxiliary water pump too, which would require testing hands on. A good diagnostic tool with the ability to monitor components is needed. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
