Catalytic Converter

What is your question?

My 2004 has a little over 92k miles and I'm told by the dealer the catalytic converters are going out. He said at this mileage it's uncommon. Is this a common issue on this vehicle? Is there a TSB or Recall for this? Also said the cost to replace will be $2200...........WHAT?!!!
