What is your question?
My car sat for two months. I spliced in a new ignition harness for a misfire issue. Changed the oil. Added coolant. Spark plugs and coil packs are new. Changed the starter. Battery is brand new too. Car started and ran for 3 minutes, and then died. Turned it back on, then died after two minutes. Took off the intake filter thinking the engine wasn't getting enough air, and the car ran for five minutes uninterrupted until I turned it off. The next day I went to turn on the car and it cranked, but will not turn over or start at all. It has about a gallon of gas.

Hello, you're on the right track perhaps since you got some results by allowing more air. You could have an air restriction, or have too much fuel delivery. It definitely seems to be a mixture issue. Testing is required to find out. Fuel pressure testing is needed as well.
