Car won't start, I replaced fuel pump and filter and relays,

Engine cut off while driving, I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and relay. Engine cranks but won't start, battery is full and everything cuts on including fuel pump. Why's it not turning over.
What makes this problem better or worse?
