Car won't crank My car won't start. When I turn the the ignition over lights

Hello, Do you hear a click, rapid clicks, or nothing when you turn the key to start? When you turn the key to 'ON/RUN' the warning lights on the dash should all come on. Do they turn off when you turn the key all the way forward to 'START'?
