What is your question?
If I turn the key all the lights on dash board comes on. But when you turn it over nothing,no clicking sound. But if I lift up on a black cable by the fan the car will start while one person turns the key and other person lifts up on cable
What makes this problem better or worse?
Happened once before replaced starter and battery not quite a year ago
