Driver side issue: Window does not go down. I do not hear anything but the click of the switch nothing else. Passenger side issue: Window is apparently off the track. It lowers the window but does not go back up and feels loose. I do hear the motor though. Other two rear windows are fine which tells me there might be nothing wrong with the switch on the driver's side. I am just trying to figure out if I should purchase both; a regulator and motor or just one of either. Thank you very much

Driver's window clicking sounds like power is flowing the but the motor is inoperative or regulator is binding. The driver's door panel will have to come off and power and ground checked at the motor to see if the motor is functional. The passenger window could have a window frame concern where the adhesive has loosened that holds the glass into the window frame, or the regulator could be faulty. Removing that door panel will tell the story there too. For both or either -- this is not great do-it-yourself repair work -- unless you have experience dealing with the mechanisms that are under tension and lots of sharp sheet metal. Good luck.
