You can go online at Kelley Blue Book and input vehicle info to see what it is worth in the retail market depending on options and condition and mileage. You can check at craigslist and see what they are selling for or what the owners are asking. Whatever you come up with it is important to get as much previous repair/maintenance history as possible, otherwise it is a crapshoot as to how good condition it is in. You should also have a qualified tech inspect the vehicle thoroughly to see current condition and then can take that info and negotiate a better price.
