Recently, I had a new battery installed and since the installation of the new battery my car when stopped to make a sharp left turn or right turn turns off. It will start back up when in neutral or park. This only occurs when making sharp left or right turns. It first started with sharp left turns only. Then I notice it did with sharp right turns. It also did this when I was at a stop light. It was in drive and I couldn't proceed. I had to place it in neutral and start the car up. The check engine light is not on or there is no sound that I notice. I did'nt have this issue before the installation of my new battery. I'm not sure if it's wires that came a loose with the installation of the new battery or if it's something else. I really need to get this taken car of. This situation is new for the dealership and so far can not find anything with diagnostic testing.

Hello, there does not seem to be a situation where electrical power could be lost on turns, only to be restored when in neutral or park gears.I lean towards a fuel, spark or air concern for engine performance, but it's too hard to know without hands on testing performed. Certainly, recheck all components associated with the battery replacement, but it just doesn't seem to be possible that it's related.
