Sounds to me like it has some dirty deposits. You need to clean out the intake manifold and such... Could also be bad fuel, cheap fuel, or other things like a clogged fuel filter... Or even something like a dirty/clogged EGR valve. Does anything happen on acceleration or does it ONLY happen while cruising?
