Car is running rough when driving

What is your question?

I recently switched oils in my car and introduced a can of Sea Foam...Do you think this would make my car run rough? It idles fine and does not hesitate at all, it just feels not a smooth while driving especially when I put the hammer down!

Changing oil usually does not have this type of effect, unless the oil is incorrect? Why did you use Sea Foam? What were you trying to accomplish? Do you have a Service Engine Soon Light? I recommend that you pull the codes to see what is going on when it misses at speed.
