Are you hearing all this from inside the vehicle? The flapping noise may be the hvac blend door actuator, it's quite common for them to fail. As for the alarm, may have to get it looked at. Isn't coming on the same time as the ice warning? Could just be that.

Hi my 2007 is making flap flap noise inside car and im having cranking issues to the point its killing my new battery. Also the Calibration Complete light is on... Can Someone help with this situation?
