Cam sensor A & B bank 2 codes with multiple misfires codes but never the same cylinder

Hello, When you have a trouble code appear, it will not tell you what to replace, just that the issue was noticed as the powertrain control module processed information gathered from that sensor/component. The camshaft position sensor could be telling the truth, that the camshaft position is incorrect, or it could be faulty, have bad wiring, or a dirty/corroded connection. It could even mean there is excess sludge buildup, so there is too much interference for the sensor to read the camshaft position properly. If replacing the camshaft position sensor does not correct the issue, you either purchased a broken replacement sensor, or the sensor was accurate the first time. The other part is that the powertrain control module could be interpreting the data incorrectly. For these reasons, I recommend seeing diagnostic assistance before purchasing more parts.
