car doesn't start sometimes, but not all the times

car works perfect but in a period of 10 weeks it has not started in 2 occasions. first time it took like an hour to start,second time it took like 2 days, i would randomly during the day try the key to start the car and all i would hear was a click and then nothing but the battery is fine,full tank of gas. i think is the starter motor but it could also be the ignition switch even dough i don't really have to wiggle or mess around with the key to get it started,i just put the key in the ignition switch and turn the key all the way and you hear for a split second like it cranks slowly like is not going to start but then it cranks good and it starts and its perfect like nothing happened, after 2 days of nothing!...
