The only thing that you can do is to disconnect the negative battery cable for a while, but pretty much that's it, for anything else you need to take it to a repair shop. There is a software update to fix various problems on the MOST network, so you might need to get to a BMW specialty shop and get the MOST (even better to update the whole vehicle) software updated. There might be other problem with the fiber optic network which requires special diagnostics, like fiber optic bypass tool. Zee
