can't find fuse position for cigarette lighter.not listed in owners manuel?

Check the fuse that powers the lighter, it's FRT AUX Fuse 32 20A in the underhood fuse block. It also powers a few other things so if the lighter is the only thing failed, I'd check whether there's power to the lighter itself. If there's power and ground at the connector and not at inside the lighter, the lighter may have an internal fuse. you may need to replace the lighter recpeticle of you cn't service the internal fuse.

Try the courtesy fuse in the passenger compartment fuse panel.
