I get code p211 and p0638 eng runs but wil not drive over 10 mph cleared codes car drove ok for a month same problem cleared codes no help removed ground cable for 5 min and worked ign key car drives ok checked gas pedal assy it is clean on electrical contacts re installed car wont driuve tried same procedure still wont drive Volvo serv manager suggested replacing breather box and hoses

That will do nothing to solve your problem. Most likely your throttle body needs replacement.
