Can not secure latch on hood

What is your question?

To close the hood you press it down and it catches a lock. That lock does not completely close the hood. Tried pressure to secure latch but it will not close completely. It vibrates when driving as if the right amount of wind would lift it up. Any thoughts?

HEAVLY spray WD-40 onto the hood LATCH - pull / push release cable a few times - ending with push. Close hood a little more forcefully.. Open hood and repeat entire procedure ........ Lubricate latch once and awhile ! Good luck

Latch may also need to be adjusted - you’ll need *hands-on* assistance from qualified personnel for that.
