Can I drive without the IMA operating?

Yes but you want get the millage. You will be driving with a smaller engine. I wouldn't pull out in front of anybody.

yes but you have to remove the 15 amp fuse to the IMA operational devise which is under the hood.....this will allow you to run on gasoline only.
