Hello, Get out a piece of paper or a ruler, mark the height of the vehicle at all four jacking points and see if one is different. If the front left is lower, it is probably that strut or associated hardware leaking. If it is not extremely low, you can drive it to a repair facility, however if it is dragging on bumps you might want to have a tow.
