What is your question?
We bought a 2010 Lincoln MKT that has had ongoing issues with the turbos since we purchased it in 2015. We had the turbos replace within the first year we owned it. One week after that repair the turbos failed again and the next shop replaced the turbos, the engine and did some transmission work. Just a month and a half before the 3 yr, unlimited mileage warranty was up, the turbos are again having problems. I have replaced the oil and filters at the manufacturer’s recommended intervals per their owners manual and have provided them documentation of such and they are now trying to say the sludge is due to oil maintenance rather than faulty turbos. I maintain this vehicle in pristine condition!
What makes this problem better or worse?
Replacement of the turbos and engine under warranty will fix this.
How long has your 2010 Lincoln MKT had this problem?
Since 2015 and a common problem with this first year model, 2010.
