Buick lacrosse 07 overheats when idle

Hello, we cannot say for sure without inspecting your vehicle, but it sounds like air flow is an issue. When air flow is an issue at idle, you should focus your attention on the electric cooling fans. These fans blow air to cool through the radiator when you are not creating actual air flow from driving. Other cooling system problems could be present, but this is the first place I would check.
