brakes on 2001 Ford Focus

Does anyone else having a promblem with the brakes squealing even after brake pads were changed ?

Quality of brake pad and brake rotor surface finish can contribute to brake squeal. I use Wagner thermoquite on most cars and have never had squealing problems. If the pads are good is the rotor surface finish good?

Do you use thermoquite before you put the tires back on?

Yes - And the shop that installed the brakes cannot make the noise go away.
