both heated seats stop heating the light still comes on but they wont heat

if they both stopped at the same time it is not this and you need to check if you have power going into the element. Find the connector under the seat and ensure you have power into the element, but the most probable cause is a broken element, remove the seat and the seat cover, you will see a burn in the material where the wire is broke, solder a wire to bridge the break
