If both have failed there is a chance the master switch on the driver's door is bad. Do you hear anything happen inside the door when you apply the switch for either window in either direction in which case the switch is probably good and it may be a motor or regulator problem. Check two fuses both 30 Amp, one marked "door" the other marked "power" in fuse box.

Are the 30 amp fuses a dealer part? Autozane and O'reily's don't carry the correct one. the connector slots are not the same as the OEM part.
