blown sensor fuse stalled engine

2002hyundai elantra 162000 miles. I was driving home my check engine light on, the car stalled on the freeway. I checked all belts good. found a blown fuse in engine compartment 10amp said sensor, replaced car started, blew again stalled, replaced car started, keeps blowing fuse? what could this be? O2 sensor?
