What is your question?
Motor will occasionally stop when speed setting is 4 or 5. Intermittent problem. Turning system off, then back on will allow blower to come back on. Happens with both AC and Heat. Will run consistently on speeds 1-3.

You did not specify if your car has automatic climate control or not. If it does, the blower is controlled by a heater relay which is inside the under-hood relay center inside the left front fender, and by the blower motor controller which is behind the RH side of the dash. The blower motor control responds to a pulse width modulated signal from the AC control head. Testing must start by monitoring the blower power source, it's ground control from the blower controller, and by the signal from the control head to the blower controller. When the symptom occurs, loss of any one of these must be evaluated for the cause. If the power and ground circuits remain intact or the blower motor, then the failure is in the motor itself.

Thanks for the great answer! It does have automatic climate control. The fan will cut off independant of climate control settings -- I can manually set the fan speed or it will automatically set the fan speed and the problem happens both ways. Thanks!
