What is your question?
07 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS- The HVAC blower started misbehaving the other day, slowing down and speeding up intermittently. The air was still warm, just the blower speed changing. Now it has quit completely. I have tried tapping the blower motor, spun the cage to ensure it isn't seized, and unplugged and replugged the clips to check for a good connection. I don't have a testing meter or direct power to hook up to the motor, so I'm limited on what I can test. Any suggestions for what this could be or what I should replace first? Side note, it did go through the car wash the other day and I noticed moisture under the blower motor when I took off the kick plate cover.
