Blower is vibrating loudly even though it is loud. Works for heating or cooling.

Sometimes you can have debris (leaves, etc) in the plenum where the blower motor is. And sometimes, the motor itself makes noise. Recommend accessing the blower motor and inspecting inside. Clean out any debris and recheck operation. If it doesn't quiet down, replacing the motor may (or may not!) improve the situation.
