Battery is good but car won't start. Key on check engine light don't show.

Focus on electrical system issues -- battery, starter, cabling, ignition switch, shift lever in park or neutral (assuming it is an automatic transmission). Test within the starting system. If the engine cranks over but will not start, you could have a different problem.
