Battery dead. Door key will not turn in driver or passenger door. Can't opendoor

I had this happen to me in Arizona while working last October... Key would go in just not turn to unlock. Locksmith came and tried same issue. He wound up spraying something like kroil oil penetrating oil in key cylinder... It unstuck/ unfroze the tumblers and works like a champ now. Hopefully this will help you
