Bad idling and rpm less than 1 at a stop sign. Happened after i got a new purge valve.

I first noticed that my 2015 dodge dart had an irritating problem with filling the car with gas. I had a mechanic fix the purge valve. Problem solved , but I still noticed that the car shakes when I am at a stop light or a stop sign. The car makes no noise, but I noticed that the RPM gauge drops between 1 and 0. The car acts like it wants to stall but doesn't. When I drive it 30 miles, I stop at a stop light and it doesn't vibrate.

What makes this problem better or worse?

I pump in the gas pedal when I am at a stop light.
