What is your question?
I have a 1993 Lexus LS400. It is only getting around 10 miles per gallon and we smell unburned or raw gas. It also has really bad acceleration. It runs good when it is up to speed but it takes forever getting there. Any ideas?

You seem to have a pretty serious fuel control issue -- or a restricted catalytic converter. Have a diagnosis done as soon as possible, as raw fuel getting burned does nothing good for your engine or exhaust.
Replace distributor caps, plugs, and plug wires. do a compression test on the cylinders, and verify that each plug is getting spark. if you have good compression (110LB+ and no more than 15 Lbs difference cylinder to cylinder) then you most likely have a leaking injector, or a timing issue.
Were you able to find and fix the problem? I have the exact same issue..
