I have a 2004 dodge stratus and the transmission fluid has never been changed. It has 88000 miles on it. 2 times when i was accelarating from a red light i think the transmission slipped 2 different times when i was taking off 2 different times. I think it was my transmission IM not sure. Ive heard with that many miles its too late to have the transmission fluid changed. Are there shops that will put in a rebuilt transmission and what are the prices? Im hoping its not my transmission.
