How come my transmission is burping fluid?

I don't understand what you mean by burping fluid? Is it leaking out a transmission seal or transmission oil cooler line or is there a noise you are hearing?

If fluid is coming out the breather tube is the transmission over full? Check the level of fluid with the transmission fluid "hot" and the car on level ground.

It is coming out of a breather tube, at least that's what I think it is.
