What is your question?
While having an oil change done I was informed that the acidity of my antifreeze wasn't good and that I should have a $100 flush done. I was under the impression that my antifreeze didn't need to be changed for a 100,00 miles, what gives?

Fresh antifreeze does have acidity buffers, acts as a lubricant, has anti foaming agents ect.... Toyota use long life coolant in your car which should be good for 100000 miles. Cooling systems only get acidic if the head gasket is leaking. I think they meant to say it was their opinion the antifreeze was "dirty" not acidic. Acidic test is using Ph paper or doing a "block check" which looks for the presence of CO in the cooling system.
