I have a 2008 dodge charger. It was turning on now it's not. Theres is a solid red dot under the fuel gauge when I try to turn it over and it will not start

It honestly sounds like you have no fuel in the vehicle. Have you checked the fuel level? That's the meaning of the red dot, I believe.
